Benefits of Himalayan Hot Stones for Fatigue

Nearly everyone is overtired or overworked from time to time. Such instances of temporary fatigue usually have an identifiable cause and a likely remedy.  Unrelenting exhaustion, on the other hand, lasts longer, is more profound, and isn't relieved by rest. It's a nearly constant state of weariness that develops over time and reduces your energy, motivation and concentration. Fatigue at this level impacts your emotional and psychological well-being.
Primary care physicians/General Practitioners in the USA and UK say they frequently see patients suffering from extreme tiredness or fatigue. The National Institutes of Health, USA, informs that approximately one in every five Americans claims to have fatigue that is severe enough to interfere with daily normal life.

Himalayan Hot Stones will help to increase energy levels and reduce the effects of fatigue by generating negative ions, through the heat they provide, and in the topical absorption of nutrients through the skin.

We have all experienced the invigoration of being in the country, beach, woods, or mountains.  One of the reasons for this is because these natural settings all expose us to a large concentration of Negative Ions.  Positive Ions are created by the Electromagnetic Radiation from our computers, cell phones, tablets, televisions, microwaves, and all electronic appliances.  Positive Ions drain energy from our bodies, increase stress levels, cause fatigue, decrease the body’s immune response, and contribute to disease.  When Himalayan Stones are heated by light, the moisture that the salt naturally attracts from the air is evaporated and Negative Ions are created, reducing the Stress and Fatigue caused by positive ions.  Dr. Pierce J. Howard, author of “The Owners Manual for the Brain” and director of research at the Center for Applied Cognitive Sciences in North Carolina, claims that Negative Ions increase the flow of Oxygen to the brain, resulting in increased concentration and more mental energy.

The heat from the Himalayan Hot Stones also increases the flow of oxygen throughout the body.  The University of Rochester Medical Center claims that as heat is applied to the tissues, the blood vessels are dilated, increasing circulation and the flow of oxygen and nutrients.  Poor circulation can lead to fatigue by creating a buildup of wastes in the tissues and creating tight/sore muscles.  Thus the Heat from Himalayan Hot Stones can help to reduce the effects of Fatigue in our Muscles and Connective Tissues.

Additionally, Himalayan Hot Stones will reduce the effects of Fatigue through the topical absorption of minerals.  When Himalayan Hot Stones come in contact with our skin, because the minerals they contain exist in colloidal form, they are small enough to be easily absorbed by the cells of our bodies.  The mineral Magnesium specifically works to relieve Fatigue by promoting the production of Serotonin, a  mood-elevating chemical within the brain that creates a feeling of well being. Magnesium also plays a critical role in the production of energy in cells, helping us to feel invigorated without causing feelings of restlessness or anxiety.
