Approximately 50% of Adults in the U.S. suffer from sleep difficulties, with 20-36% struggling for a year or longer. One out of Three Adults has Insomnia, though only 20% report it to their Health Care Providers. Insomnia can cause extreme fatigue, problems with concentration and can adversely affect a person’s mood and health. While insomnia may be a symptom on its own, it also can be connected to a long list of healthcare problems. |
